To secure a successful implementation of the Project assignment and a proper combination of expertise CESTRA d.o.o. Beograd (Leader) has entered into a Consortium with TZI-Inženjering d.o.o. Sarajevo and COWI A/S.

Our Consortium has been created with the specific purpose of cooperation on this important Project, where each Company has particular expertise and knowledge.

Our consortium selected the team of Core Experts on the basis of the profiles deemed to be required for implementation of the project of this complexity, taking into account their professional qualifications and project management skills. To ensure the successful execution of the project, the consortium has a pool of highly qualified experts available to support delivery for all designated activities.

We believe in the following strengths of our Project Team:

• Strong project management structure with the Core Expert Team and PD, each having longstanding experience in project management and profound experience in their domains;
• All Core Experts have longstanding experience in their specific field of expertise;
• Having experts in the team with well background knowledge and working experience with the Beneficiaries and the Contracting Authority;
• Availability of all required experts and expertise within the Consortium;
• Availability of a large integrated pool of other Senior and Junior Experts covering all aspects of the project scope and context and relevant to their specific domain;
• Familiarity with the national context and on-going developments.
